abc7 Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the abc7 platform — they form the basis of the agreement between you and us.

By registering on or using the abc7 platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please refrain from using the platform.

The following terms used in these terms and conditions have the meanings set out below:

"abc7" or "Platform"

Refers to the online betting and casino service operated through the abc7.cam domain, including all its sub-sections and mobile versions.

"User" or "Member"

Any individual registered on the abc7 platform who is using the services and has agreed to comply with these terms and conditions.

"Account"

A personal user account created through registration on the platform, where balance, betting history and personal information are stored.

"Bonus"

Any welcome bonus, cashback, reload bonus or other promotional offer provided by abc7, applicable under specific conditions.

"Wagering Requirement"

The requirement to place bets a specified number of times before bonus funds can be withdrawn. This condition applies to all bonuses at abc7.

"KYC"

Know Your Customer — the process of verifying a user's identity, completed by submitting a national ID card or passport.

Account Registration

To create an account on the abc7 platform, users must comply with the following conditions:

Registration Terms

  • Each individual may create only one account. Multiple accounts for the same person are strictly prohibited.
  • All information provided at the time of registration — name, date of birth, address, mobile number — must be truthful, complete and up to date.
  • The user is fully responsible for keeping their account password and login details confidential.
  • Creating and operating an account in the name of or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
  • abc7 may request identity documents for KYC verification at any time and may withhold withdrawals until verification is complete.
  • If false information is provided during registration, abc7 reserves the right to cancel the account and forfeit any deposited funds.

Age Verification

Age Limit: The abc7 platform is intended for individuals aged 21 and above only. Registration and use by minors is strictly prohibited.

Age-Related Rules

  • Users must be at least 21 years of age to participate on abc7.
  • abc7 may request a national ID card, passport or birth registration certificate for age verification at any time.
  • Withdrawal access on an account may be temporarily suspended until age verification is complete.
  • Creating an account in the name of a minor or allowing a minor to use the platform is strictly prohibited.
  • abc7 reserves the right to immediately close an account if false information regarding age is provided.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers from abc7 are subject to specific conditions. Accepting any bonus means you have fully agreed to these conditions.

Welcome Bonus

  • 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
  • A 25x wagering requirement applies on the total of the bonus and deposit amount.
  • The welcome bonus can only be claimed once — per person, household or IP address.
  • Wagering must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Cashback and VIP

  • Bronze tier: up to 0.3% cashback per week.
  • Silver tier: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
  • Gold tier: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
  • VIP tier advancement depends on the user's activity and abc7's assessment.

General Bonus Terms

  • A bonus may apply to specific games only — the detailed terms of each offer will be stated separately.
  • abc7 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer, even without prior notice.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected (such as arbitrage betting or collusion), abc7 may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
  • The time limit for completing wagering requirements will be specified with each bonus offer.
  • If the conditions of a bonus are not met, the bonus balance will be forfeited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Terms

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
  • Deposited funds must be sent only from an account registered in the user's own name.
  • Making deposits using a third party's payment method is strictly prohibited.
  • abc7 does not charge any transaction fee for deposits, though the payment provider's own fees may apply.

Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
  • The withdrawal process may be held up if KYC verification has not been completed.
  • In cases of suspicious activity, abc7 reserves the right to investigate a withdrawal and place a temporary hold on it.

General Transaction Rules

  • All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
  • Once a transaction has been completed, it cannot be reversed.
  • abc7 complies with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and reserves the right to report to relevant authorities when required.
  • If an incorrect amount is added to an account due to a technical error, abc7 reserves the right to correct that amount.

Betting Rules

Sports Betting

  • All bets must be placed entirely at the user's own discretion.
  • Bets will not be accepted after an event has started, though different rules apply in the live betting section.
  • If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to abc7's rules.
  • abc7's decision shall be considered final in determining results.
  • Betting limits are set separately for each market and abc7 may change them at any time.

Casino and Gaming

  • All casino games are operated using verified random number generators (RNG).
  • If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, abc7 reserves the right to void that round.
  • If a connection is lost during a live dealer game, the result will be determined based on the state of the game at that point.
  • Any winnings obtained by exploiting software vulnerabilities or errors will be considered void.

Prohibited Activities

Warning: Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited. Violating these rules may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance.

List of Strictly Prohibited Activities

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Registering using a false identity, fake documents or a third party's information.
  • Depositing funds for the purpose of money laundering or from illegal sources.
  • Bonus abuse — claiming the same bonus more than once using multiple accounts or identities.
  • Arbitrage betting, match-fixing or any other form of fraudulent activity.
  • Attempting to intrude into, hack or carry out any form of cyber attack on the abc7 system.
  • Abusive, threatening or discriminatory behaviour towards community members or support staff.
  • Using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.
  • Giving minors access to the platform or placing bets on their behalf.
  • Using abc7's brand, logo or content without permission.

Account Suspension and Closure

Suspension by abc7

  • abc7 may suspend an account at any time if there is suspicion of a breach of these terms and conditions.
  • If KYC has not been completed or the information provided is suspicious, the account will be placed under investigation.
  • An account may be closed on the instruction of a court, government authority or law enforcement agency.
  • If the investigation is concluded and the allegation is not proven, the account will be reactivated.

Closed by User

  • Users can request to close their account at any time by contacting the support email.
  • Choosing self-exclusion will block access to the account for a specified period.
  • Any active bonuses at the time of account closure will be cancelled.
  • Before closing the account, users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance.

  • abc7's liability is limited in cases of external factors such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
  • abc7's maximum liability shall not in any circumstances exceed the amount currently deposited in the user's account.
  • Users participate in gaming voluntarily and bear all financial risks entirely on their own.

Changes to Terms

Amendment & Update Policy

  • abc7 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time.
  • For significant changes, abc7 will endeavour to notify users via email or a notice on the platform.
  • Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered as the user's acceptance of the new terms.

  • If a user does not agree with the updated terms, they may request to close their account.
